What services do you offer??We specialize in carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning (fabric & leather), encapsulation cleaning, pressure washing, junk removal, and water damage restoration.

How long does it take for carpets to dry?Carpets typically dry within 4-6 hours, but it can be faster with good ventilation and fans. All though, if more than regular soil on carpets might take longer to dry.

How do I book an appointment?You can book online through our Housecall Pro booking system, call us, or message us on Facebook, Instagram, or Yelp.

Do you offer free estimates?- Virtual estimates are free! - On-site estimates require a $95 fee, which is credited toward your service if you book with us.

What type of cleaning products do you use?We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-safe cleaning solutions that are tough on dirt but safe for your family.

Do you offer same-day service?Yes! We offer same-day service depending on availability. A 10-20% premium may apply.

Do you move furniture before cleaning?Yes, we move small furniture (chairs, tables, etc.) at no extra charge. However, large or heavy items (beds, pianos, entertainment centers) should be moved before our arrival. If we need us to move for you there will be an up charge depending on the amount of furniture. Also, we are not liable for any accidents or broken furniture due to moving furniture.

How can I pay for my service?We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due upon service completion.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?- We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How long does the cleaning process take?Carpet Cleaning: 1-2 hours (plus drying time). Tile & Grout Cleaning: 1-3 hours. Upholstery Cleaning: 1-2 hours. Junk Removal: Depends on the job size. Water Damage Restoration: Varies based on severity.
